Bohlin "Arizona" ranger buckle in tri-gold and sterling silver with double keeper circa 1990's

The Arizona is a timeless ranger buckle from master gear maker Edward Bohlin.

The Arizona is a classic rendition of the buckles made for and worn by western royalty such as Tom Mix, Roy Rogers , Dale Evans, John Wayne and others. Extremely limited in production and custom made per order this Arizona ranger buckle features an unusual "second" keeper.

A description of the Arizona ranger per the Bohlin team is as follows:

"Designed in 1930, the Arizona portrays the timeless style and grace of the American Southwest. The AZ3 ranger buckle set features a Sterling Silver base with the overlay of a classic Southwest desert scene in three-color, 14K Yellow , Rose, and Green Gold. The AZ3 has four separate pieces of precious metal that, after being struck in the original Arizona die, are meticulously hand-cut and overlaid. The buckle is made to fit a 1" belt.

Crafted continuously in The Bohlin Shop since 1930, the Arizona is one of the most time intensive pieces crafted today. On just the tip of the AZ3, there are four separate pieces of precious metal that, after being struck in the original Arizona die, are meticulously hand-cut and overlaid. This process is repeated on the buckle and the keepers to create a magnificent set that is as timeless today as it was when Mr. Bohlin, and his die maker, Charles Samples, created the pattern in the early years of The Bohlin Shop"

This Arizona ranger buckle in tri-gold was custom handcrafted in the 1990's and signed by master gear-maker Ahmad Khan.
