Antique Navajo crafted cuff bracelet with turquoise and stamp-work accents - early 20th century

A classic cuff bracelet with a wonderful vibe!

Handcrafted by Navajo artists in the early part of the 20th century this wonderful old cuff bracelet is a perfect example of the simple jewelry works commonly found by tourists to the southwest at the early part of the 20th century. Often made by Navajo artists who worked exclusively for the traders and trading posts of the southwest this cuff demonstrates the simplicity and craft the artists were asked to create for the visitors.

Featuring a single turquoise stone at the center top then accented with simple southwestern designs such as arrows, rain clouds and eagles this cuff bracelet was hand-hammered out or a solid bar of sterling silver.

This antique Navajo crafted cuff bracelet measures approximately 3/4 of an inch wide and is set to fit a 7.5 to 8 inch wrist.

Simple, classic and timeless... 20th century Navajo!
