Antique Navajo crafted "Harvey era" cuff bracelet with turquoise and stamp-work accents - early 20th century

A classic cuff bracelet with an old school vibe!

Handcrafted by Navajo artists in the early part of the 20th century this wonderful old cuff bracelet is a perfect example of the simple jewelry works commonly found by tourists to the southwest at the early part of the 20th century. Often made by Navajo artists who worked exclusively for the traders and trading posts of the southwest this cuff demonstrates the classic yet complex designs the artists often made for the tourists of the great southwest.

Featuring a double row of turquoise stone at the center top then accented with simple southwestern designs such as arrows and geometric designs borrowed from their historic pottery vessels this cuff bracelet was hand-hammered out or a solid bar of sterling silver.

This antique Navajo crafted cuff bracelet measures approximately 3/4 of an inch wide and is set to fit a 6.5 to 7 inch wrist.

Simple, classic and timeless... 20th century Navajo!
